There is a very high staff to student ratio and classes are small-a feature of the School which is unique. This means that all students receive intensive individual attention which they would not receive in a larger institution. Because LCI is on one site, students continually meet with others working in different areas, encouraging the exchange of ideas and debates. The School prides itself on its unique ambience where the informal, lively atmosphere and small size are combined to create a community of working artists.
