Jay “Jiji” Restauro Cinco
Jiji is an individual who tries things out first before deciding on what he thinks is best. He first explored the world of pharmacy in college, and later moved on to earn a Diploma in Dressmaking. The latter course got him where he is today – a successful fashion entrepreneur and a dedicated instructor at LaSalle College International. Jiji has garnered such awards as the Gold Medal in the Dressmaking Category of the TESDA Skills Pamamarisan District Division 2007 Olympics and 1st prize in the Filipiniana Competition for the Kaibigan Charity Group.
Guillermo “Gerry” M. Katigbak
A Bachelor of Fine Arts graduate majoring in Advertising from the University of Santo Tomas (UST), Mr. Gerry is one of the highly successful fashion entrepreneurs among the faculty at LaSalle College International-Manila. He is a member of the Fashion and Design Council of the Philippines.
Notwithstanding the demands of his continuously evolving shop, Mr. Gerry still finds time to both teach at LCI-Manila and direct all its fashion shows and events.
Edgardo “Edgar” P. Mendoza
Mr. Edgar’s education combines the spiritual and the material. The spiritual is from the Intensive in the Practice of UFMCC Ministry in the Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community in Los Angeles, California, the Asian Theological Seminary in Quezon City, and the Australian Samaritan Education in Sydney, Australia. The material is from the University of the Philippines, where he completed four years of B.S. in Architecture, and the Philippine School of Interior Design in Makati, where he obtained his Diploma in Interior Design. Mr. Edgar is the Spiritual Counsellor of UFMCC Manila and a Pastor of the Metropolitan Community Church in Manila. He also teaches part-time at the College of St. Benilde. Prior to these positions, he was
an Architect/Interior Designer at L.M. Mendoza Realty in Makati.
Lydia Basa-Pajaron
Ms. Lydia obtained her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education (BSIE), majoring in Garments Technology, from the Marikina Institute of Science and Technology. Upon graduation, she immediately embarked on a 3-year contract at Ezdehar Garments in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where she worked as a patternmaker, master cutter, sample maker, and eventually became the sewing supervisor. She is currently a busy fashion entrepreneur. In her free time, as a faculty member, she shares her expertise with the students of LaSalle College International-Manila.
Barbara Joan A. Ramiro
Ms. Barbs, as she is affectionately called by her students, graduated with a Masters in Computer Applications, majoring in Instruction Systems Technology, from the De La Salle University Graduate School in Manila. She received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from AMA Computer College. A freelance programmer and multimedia developer and a member of the faculty of the College of St. Benilde and St. Scholastica’s College, Ms. Barbs was formerly the Production Manager/Programmer of Avalon Interactive, Asst. Production Manager/Programmer of Trilogy Multimedia, a Consultant/Programmer for KGJS Fleet Management Manila Inc., a Senior Computer Programmer for Tayamora, and a Computer Programmer/Graphic Artist for Teach Tech Manila Inc. Having taken a special course on sign language, Ms. Barbs is able to communicate with the hearing impaired and mute.

Ricardo G. Cruz Jr.
Mr. Ricky is currently completing his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the De La Salle University Graduate School of Business. He obtained his Master's in Business Administration (MBA), earning the highly regarded Silver Medal from Ateneo de Manila University.
Mr. Ricky is presently an Academic Chairperson at Assumption College in Makati and a Lecturer at LaSalle College International–Manila. He was
formerly a faculty member at Southville Foreign Colleges in Parañaque; American City University Graduate School of Business, also in Parañaque; St. Paul University of Manila, Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Taguig, and Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig. Before moving to the College, Mr. Ricky performed such functions as E-Banking Business Development Officer, Budget Officer at the Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company in Makati, Cost Accounting Section Head at Hunt-Universal Robina Corporation in Quezon City and Cost Analyst at the Atlantic Gulf and Pacific Company in Makati.
Zenaida I. De Guzman
Ms. Zeny graduated with a Master's of Management from the Technological University of the Philippines with some prior Master's of Science in
Chemistry studies at University of the Philippines, where she obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry. Ms. Zeny formerly held such positions as Chief Science Research Specialist, Sr. Science Research Specialist, Science Research Specialist IV, Science Research Specialist II, Science Research Associate III, Science Research Specialist III, Science Research Associate II and Research Assistant at the Philippine Textile Research Institute (PTRI). Throughout her work with the PTRI, Ms. Zeny did consulting in textiles for such international organizations as the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and
the United Nations Development Programme. She has also attended numerous international conferences abroad in Thailand, South Korea, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Japan, Italy, Austria, Ireland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. A recipient of 14 prestigious awards in science research, Ms. Zeny enjoys sharing her invaluable knowledge with the public as co-author of Gampol: A Compendium of Philippine Dye-Yiedling Plants and as a contributor to “Katutubong Kulay: The Revival of Philippine Natural Dye” in one of the publications of the Coca-Cola Foundation Philippines, Inc. She has also published ten technical papers in several publications.
Trina Marie F. Molina
Ms. Trina graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts in Social Sciences from Ateneo de Manila University. She later went to the United States to take on the challenges of fashion merchandising, where she worked as Merchandising Assistant at A1 Global in New York. Later, after completing her Bachelor's of Associate of Arts in Fashion Merchandising Management with honors at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, she became Merchandising Coordinator/Colour Expert for Feline Lingerie in Los Angeles. The current owner of Leaf and Company, Ms. Trina finds time to share her knowledge
with the students of LaSalle College International-Manila. She was formerly a Lecturer for Ateneo de Manila’s Fashion Merchandising Management Department, a Marketing Consultant at Chocolate Clothing Company and Merchandising Manager at Shoe Mart Inc.
Pedro A. Venida
Mr. Pete graduated with a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from De La Salle University Graduate School of Business.
Beyond assuming his responsibilities as Program Coordinator of LaSalle College International, Mr. Pete also teaches fashion marketing courses. He is also a part-time Assistant Professorial Lecturer for the Career Development Program at the College of St. Benilde and does freelance consulting work
for various companies. Mr. Pete’s managerial experiences are varied and extensive: Area Sales Manager, Product Manager, and Marketing Research Assistant at Purefoods Corporation, Marketing Research Manager, Strategic Logistics Manager at Philippine Steel Coating Corporation (PHILSTEEL), Senior Vice-President, Vice-President of Marketing and Division Manager for Pambato Cargo Forwarder and Vice-President of Marketing for Haribon Express International. At the College, Mr. Pete served as Academic Chairperson of St. Scholastica’s Marketing Management Department and as
Lecturer at Miriam College, St. Paul College of Manila, Colegio de San Juan de Letran and Colegio de San Lorenzo.
Mitzi Faye M. Quilendrino-Bustos
A graduate of B.S. Management at Ateneo De Manila University in 2008, Mitzi is a member of the Young Designers’ Guild of the Philippines. Her achievements in the Fashion Industry include “Designer for Retail” nominee at the MEGA Fashion Style Awards in January 2008, selected participant in three (3) Samsung Metrowear Shows and participant in Metrowear YDG 2008, Metrowear Retail 2007 for MAUD Label and Metrowear Summer 2007 shows. Mitzi is also regularly featured in premiere fashion glossies and dailies and has appeared on several magazine covers, such as "Fashion High: Emergent talents such as Mitzi Quilendrino…who energized fashion design" and The Best and the Worst of Lifestyle 2005. Editor Chelo Banal-Formoso, Philippine Fashion Week Collections (2006 and 2005) and both MEGA and Preview have cited her as one of the "Ten Standout Collections." She has been commissioned for various high-caliber fashion shows, such as Alliance Française de Manille’s Traits Très Mode, The Marie Claire Launch Party, People Asia’s Style and Substance Tea Party and the British Women’s Association’s The Clothes Show, among others. MEGA named Mitzi one of the
"10 Women To Watch” (Jan. 2006 issue) and Preview named her one of the "Top 10 Designers To Watch" (Jan. 2005 issue), she was one of 5 Filipinos featured in Swarovski’s DIY Lookbook released worldwide in 2004 and a finalist for the Philippine Fashion Design Competition in 2002.
