LCI-Manila continuously turns out excellent aspiring young fashion entrepreneurs and designers whose creativity and skills are honed to the fullest by
no less than its highly personalized instructors from the fashion industry and College. Among these instructors, are reputed fashion designers, marketing specialists and entrepreneurs who established themselves early on as employees and managers, and now work as entrepreneurs. The College's focus is on empowering students with the knowledge and skills that they need to succeed as entrepreneurs here and abroad. Thus, they receive intensive training in as many facets of business operation as possible.

There is a very high instructor to student ratio and classes are small - a unique feature of the School. This means that all students receive personalized attention, which would not be possible in a larger institution. Because LCI is located on one site, students continually meet with others working in
different areas, encouraging the sharing of ideas and debates. The School prides itself on its unique ambiance, in which the informal, lively atmosphere and small size are combined to create a community of working artists.
